The lottery winner was a $3 million man after winning a lottery post post-finish Thursday.

Richard D. Hall Jr., a 70-year-old retired construction worker, won a $1 million jackpot on the $15.8 million winner-takes-all prize for the N.Y. State Lottery, which is scheduled to open at the end of the year.

Hall won the lottery with $3.4 million in winnings.

The $1.5 million jackpots are for winners of the $1-million prize for a “New Jersey Lottery Sweepstakes” drawing, according to the Lottery.

The New Jersey Lotteries website said on its website that a winner can choose between two prizes of $1,000 each, $500 for “first place” or $300 for the “second place” prize.

Hall said he has been working on the lottery since his retirement in the early 1980s and he has no plans to sell the lottery.

He plans to donate the money to charity.
